The Cascades series reflects on the permanence of movement through the figure of the cascade, always in movement, always similar. Using programming, these generative artworks are indeed infinite, and always different: pixels flow forever.
The Sécheresse (Drought) artwork in the series is inspired by the current extremes of the climate. The artwork drops a single pixel across the screen, at more or less regular and slow intervals. Always different, always similar, forever.
